Thermostatic Control

There is a built-in thermostat in the base of the chicken water heater, which automatically controls the thermostat. The heated base automatically turns on when the temperature drops below 35°F (2°C). When a sensor located on the side of the heating basin senses that the ambient temperature is approaching 77°F (25°C), the power is automatically disconnected to ensure a safe temperature, prevent the water from overheating, and reduce water evaporation.

AC 120V 60Hz 125W, built-in heating wire meets UL standard. Water heater base is made of galvanized steel with good thermal conductivity on the base surface for efficient use of maximum area and safety. The unit will not be energized until the temperature drops below freezing and the power consumption is less than 1 amp per hour.
